Learn the basics of watercolor with a Texas-twist with Austin-based artist Kathy Phan of @shopkathyphantastic! This two-hour event is a beginner-level watercolor painting class for native Texans and those who got here as soon as they could.

Kathy will teach all about materials, color, and process. We will celebrate the Lone Star State by practicing watercolor techniques step by step for 3 mini paintings of Texas icons including a taco, prickly pear cactus, and an armadillo.

Workshop includes:

• 2 hours of hands-on instruction
• A travel watercolor palette with one brush (to keep!)
• Micron pen
• Watercolor paper
• Resource guide
• 10% off our in-shop purchases the day of the workshop

Each workshop is hosted in our San Antonio shop and studio, unless otherwise noted. Space is limited for each workshop, and seats are sold on a first come, first served basis. All workshop sales are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel the class if a minimum number of seats is not sold. In the event of cancellation, you will be refunded in full.
